Information on available business land and premises, manufacturing and warehousing units and office space from a comprehensive regional database which is regularly updated and includes private and public sector owned properties available to rent and/or purchase.
A single contact point for the 10 Local Authority partners and Welsh Government giving you the information you want from across the region including General Business Support and advice or helping you answer those niggling questions! From labour availability & skills through to indicative Salaries, we’ll help to find the answers meaning you don’t waste time.
In suitable cases, financial support may also be available in the form of investment through Finance Wales, repayable grants from Welsh Government and some of the local Authorities also offer lower value financial assistance through the Local Investment Fund (LIF).
